WORKING SM@RT + Microsoft Outlook

Priority Management Atlantic’s Top-Selling Workshop at a Discount!

This is a great opportunity for BOMA members to learn real time management skills and ways to improve productivity. The Working Sm@rt program is a ‘Workload Management’ course that uses Outlook as the tool. The overall objective of the training is to help participants to manage their workload more effectively, become more proactive vs. reactive and maintain focus on top priorities. Graduates on average gain an hour per day of increased productivity.

Graduates will start their day with:

  • An almost empty in-box
  • All of their to-do’s in one place and an ability to follow up on time – every time
  • A plan for the day, identifying what MUST get done & what could wait
  • The ability to track all important communications
  • A Calendar used as a team tool and for work/life balance
  • A framework to manage a heavy workload
  • A greater level of control

This workshop is offered by Priority Management Atlantic (led by Tony Mancini, presenter at our April 21st luncheon). You can find out more about the program at WorkingSm@rt + Microsoft Outlook. We have organized a substantial group discount for our members; please note we need minimum of 15 participants to be able to run the workshop. Lunch and coffee breaks will be included.
