Discussion led by

Graeme Terris, PEng, CEng, LEED Green Associate

Join BOMA O&E and Pinchin representatives on November 3rd for this virtual discussion on the future of building systems post-COVID.

As we move towards and hopefully beyond a second wave of COVID-19, building maintenance budgets will likely be trimmed. This reduction in budget will be a direct result of decreased occupancy resulting in reduced revenues, and will provide a challenge for companies and staff when making decisions about where cuts can and can’t be made.

From an environmental perspective there are expenditures that are worthwhile, and those that may not be. There are also other initiatives that could be used to save money and/or generate revenue. Come and join subject matter experts from Pinchin Ltd., and add your opinions as we explore these options in a round table format.

This meeting will be ‘open mic’, questions and discussion are encouraged.

Date: November 3, 2020
Time: 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm ADT
