- BOMA Canada actively supports initiatives to increase the sustainability of our existing Commercial Real Estate and the pursuit of Net Zero. Now, in 2025, we proudly introduce BOMA Canada’s ENSPIRE program.
- Supported by Natural Resources Canada as part of its Deep Retrofit Accelerator Initiative (DRAI), the ENSPIRE initiative gives the Owners and Managers of mid-tier Buildings access to the expertise and resources required to make informed decisions about Deep Energy Retrofit projects for their properties and instruct them on how to apply for financial support.
