Overview

The Emerging Leader Award recognizes BOMA members in the Commercial Real Estate industry who have demonstrated leadership, initiative, and service, and who are emerging as future industry leaders.

Complete the 2026 Emerging Leader Award Nomination Form. Upon completion, applicants will receive a submission guidebook via email outlining submission requirements.

Entry Fee: $150.00 + HST (invoiced upon application completion). Entry fee must be paid to participate.

Eligibility

Nominees must:

Be a BOMA Nova Scotia member and work full-time in commercial real estate (property management or supplier)
Be 35 years of age or younger
Submission submitted by March 27, 2026 at 5:00 PM

Judging & Evaluation

Judging is based on the written submission and meeting all requirements
Submissions must be a maximum of 3 pages (open format)
A select panel of judges will review submissions; decisions are final

Advancement Opportunity

The award recipient is eligible to advance to the 2026 BOMA Canada National Awards Competition.
