Overview
The BOMA Nova Scotia Member of the Year Award honours a member of a local association who has demonstrated leadership, initiative, and/or service to the commercial real estate community. The award recognizes activity during the previous calendar year, rather than service rendered over many years.
Complete the 2026 Member of the Year Award Nomination Form. Upon completion, applicants will receive a submission guidebook via email outlining submission requirements.
Entry Fee: $150.00 + HST (invoiced upon application completion). Entry fee must be paid to participate.

Nominees must:

Be a current BOMA Nova Scotia member

Have demonstrated leadership, initiative, or service within the commercial real estate community during the previous calendar year

Submit a complete application by March 27, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
Judging & Evaluation

Judging is based on the written submission and adherence to all award requirements

Submissions must not exceed three (3) pages (open format)

Entrants are encouraged to include any information they feel will assist the judges in their evaluation

A select panel of judges will review all submissions; decisions are final.
